Request A Payment Plan

If you cannot make a lump sum payment to bring your account current, your association may be willing to enter into a payment plan. This firm charges $500.00 for all payment plan requests. By submitting the payment plan request, you understand that attorney fees will be charged to your account 

In order to request a payment plan please fill out the form below. Please understand, you must submit a down payment of $500.00 before your payment plan request will be processed. To make your down payment simply click on the "Make a Payment" link on your left. 

Once a decision has been made by the association, you will be notified. In the event your payment plan request is approved, you will receive a Payment Plan Agreement to be signed and retuned to our office.

If you are represented by an attorney, you must have your attorney contact us directly in order to request a payment plan.
